To request a refund, open the Refferrel app and navigate to "My Orders." Select the order you want to return, tap "Request Refund," and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds for token payments are processed automatically within 24-48 hours. For completed orders, refunds are initiated after the return is received and inspected, typically within 5-7 business days.

Don't worry, your money is safe. In most cases, failed transactions are automatically reversed to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. If you don't see the refund after 48 hours, please take a screenshot of the transaction from your bank or UPI app and share it with our support team via WhatsApp or email. We'll prioritise resolving your issue and ensure the amount is refunded promptly.
