By accessing or using the Refferrel platform, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Refferrel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Community deals on Refferrel operate on a group-buying model where prices decrease as more participants join a deal. By participating in a community deal, you agree to complete the purchase if the deal reaches its minimum participant threshold within the specified time period.
Refferrel does not guarantee that any deal will reach its minimum threshold. If a deal does not reach the required number of participants, the deal may be cancelled and any token amounts paid will be refunded to your Refferrel wallet. Deal terms, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
All payments made through the Service are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize Refferrel to charge the specified amount using your chosen payment method, which may include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, net banking, debit/credit cards, or the Refferrel digital wallet.
Refunds for cancelled community deals will be credited to your Refferrel wallet within 24-48 hours. For refunds to your original payment method, processing may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) transactions are subject to separate terms and conditions as outlined by our lending partners.
All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Refferrel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without prior written consent from Refferrel.
User-generated content, including reviews, comments, and referral activities, remains the property of the respective users. However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant Refferrel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refferrel and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Refferrel's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Refferrel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort, or otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Refferrel to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Refferrel regarding the use of the Service.
